You give Ahmadinejad waaaayyyy too much credit. This man has more political pull in the United States than he does in his own country. People like you fail to realize that he has no control over foreign policy, and he only uses statements like the "destruction of Israel" to gain support in the Arab world and at home. The best policy to deal with Ahmadinejad is appeasement, make him irrelevant by taking away everything that makes him a someone - outcry from the West.

Genocide? Thats a bit farfetched. I'm no fan of Pres. Ahmedinejad, but the best way to understand others, or even challenge them is to hear them out. Simply turning a blind eye does nothing, rather show sheer ignorance. We forget its the administration that keeps insisting Iran being involved in Iraq, and their credibility frankly isn't on good standings. Even if Iran is involved, they have their agenda, as we have ours.

The 60 minutes interview was pretty good. Mike Wallace, the 60 minutes interviewer, got schooled. Ahmed, obviously a politician, is not going to give direct answers, but if you have half a brain, I think you can make out what he means. I expect more from CBS than putting an amateur to the hot seat.
